The Title of the Game: Spark of Life.
The Machine Von Toten himself said that the machine cannot create a functioning human.

Where is this Life being Sparked?
Is the Black Eagle a new form of life?

Also, a observation I made:
When we kill Manfred at the end, his blood is black.
Was he actually human?
Or was this simple a color design?

I think Manfred's blood looks black due the low luminocity, and I clear remember that the Black Eagle a symbol of the german army.
