Agreed, let's postpone this discussion for now.

Vortex, you said you couldn't choose one because they all had great ideas, could you by possibly list them? It would help selecting/merging.

It will...probably, just depends on our speed and amount of time available.
So, options:

a) Everyone post questions of collaboration of the four backstories, on which parts will be used or not.
b) Everyone rewrite their own versions of a collaboration, and we chop off or merge some/all.

(I say "a" considering that I've been pointing this out for at least three pages. :) )

I also think that the option a) is best.
I'll post all the stories so far here tomorrow if I can, so you can discuss them and draw the final one(s).
