So by the beginning of Sub2, and the end of Sub3, all we knew about for sure was the Submachine

I bet Player didn't lose his memory before events of Sub1. He ALREADY KNEW about many things in Submachine.

Yeah, it could be. But we haven't started really interacting with the player's inside thoughts until recently (with the Sub8's electrodes question). I bet that more of that will come in the two last games.

sometimes i wonder, if you can even count sub1 as canon. i sometimes think of it as a side game, with sub2, being the start of the series. though im sure mateusz will tie the loose ends and clear things up in either sub9 or sub10.

I was sure Sub1 is a main game...I mean, true, it feels like a Sidegame but perhaps it has more story to tell than it presents at first.
