If her ship was constructed in Layer 4 of the Core, why bother bringing it to Layer One when she can use the Navigator to transverse back and forth?

I thought the reason it's ironic is because you don't associate "laboratory" with "being in the ruins of a Palace."

It was a mobile base of operation, I figure the ship has been fitted with its own built-in navigator, and a lab inside of it.
What I mean by it being ironic is possible the ship was constructed in layer 4 in the same location, or near the location of the winter palace in layer 1.

Think about my theory, with the idea of The Plan being bigger than we thought it was, it would be overwhelming or "Blinding" to our minds to comprehend all of that information. I can only imagine what it would be like to map it out.

Because its my say in the matter, that why.
I would not speak for myself if not with the infinite amount of voices that define me.
These links may lead to other people talking, but it serves the purpose of that time as myself.
