I should be the new mod. I think I could enjoy doing that kind of thing.

So, I went to see the Hobbit today.
Don't worry, no spoilers here.

First of all, the 3D/48 fps combo looks odd, cheap and plastic. If you are going to see the movie, choose 2D or 3D/24 fps.

As a Tolkien fan I really enjoyed the movie plot-wise, visually and musically. Jackson is very ambitious, and I think he is doing a good job so far. I'm eagerly waiting for the sequels.

Also, there was some annoying drunk dude sitting right behind us in the theather. He was constantly talking somewhat loudly and complaining how crappy the movie was. Everyone around him told him to either shut the f up or leave. He finally did leave 20 minutes before the movie ended. >_>

NICE! >: D.

Going to see the Hobbit more or less in celebration of the end of finals, next week. I am stoked!
I was a bit worried when he said he was going to make it a trilogy, but with all the positive feedback it's got, I am stoked!

Also, not too sure if they offer 3D/48fps combos here. But thanks for the heads-up!

LOL, assuming Hobbit's as long as standard Tolkien movies, that must have been a hell of a long time.

@Mod subject: I thought DR and Chaos/arkla talked to Mateusz about this issue weeks ago...

Yeah, I was wondering about that...although we most likely wouldn't need as many moderators this early on, (I have yet to have run into a mod-worthy issue, apart from all the spam threads), knowing how busy Mateusz is, and how little he actually mods, it would be nice to have at least one of the former mods in place...

What about us and talking to Mateusz? You mean about becoming mods? Mateusz decided to see how it went without mods first.

Yeah, you said you were going to discuss the Mods issue with him, now I see what happened in that discussion. So what's going on with the issue of Spam Topics then?

Thanks for the confirmation that the movie is good :D my favorite of the Ring trilogy was the first one because it felt perfect. The next two were also good, but suffers mostly from bad pacing.

I would have poke and prod that guy, though :P

Congratulations! It seems that Mateusz locked his PastelStories Facebook page from other users posts... And I guess that it happened because of me... :(
