So, Sub0 and Sub32 could be connected to main storyline. What about FLF? And who is that guy who says about Memories, Tears, Rain, Further Way and Root?

Re: Submachine: Future Loop Foundation
Rutger Hauer made the "Tears in Rain" speech, but what does that mean?
And of course Sub0 and Sub32 have something to do with the main storyline, but they're not part of it, meaning they are either stories of their own including the Player, Mur or Liz, or (in the chance that I'm wrong) they have nothing to do with the Player, Mur or Liz.

Re: Submachine: Future Loop Foundation
I always assumed that FLF was never intended to be connected to the main storyline simply because of its function. It was made for a band - I just thought that it was a game for the band first, a Submachine game second. Thus it didn't really need to be attached to the main games.

Have you not thought about it?Rooster5man wrote:Rutger Hauer made the "Tears in Rain" speech, but what does that mean?
If someone where to cry during a huge storm, their tears would be hard to distinguish.

^lol
I find this thing interesting.
Actually, many years ago, when I first time played FLF, I thought that it is part of main storyline, between Sub4 and Sub5, and Player is main protagonist here, and this speech is said by him, and FLF location is part of Subnet. I called this location "Memories Storage". And Player, who lost his memories in Submachine, retrieves them at the end of this game. It's all coming back to me now...
...and I almost remember my name. I know where I must go now... ...to find the root of all of this If he fails his mission, his mind would be... absorbed by Submachine. Where is located this "Memories Storage"? Inside Submachine, and inside human minds at the same time. They should take their memories back. Or they will die...
That is what I thought long time ago. And I still wonder what SubFLF actually is.
Do you mean why I started this discussion?I'm talking about why Sublevel brought it up!

An internet game?Sublevel' 102 wrote:And I still wonder what SubFLF actually is.
Like the amnesia theories, where Submachine absorb the memories of people. Maybe all those memories are stored in SubFLF? Maybe that's the purpose of that location?Where is located this "Memories Storage"? Inside Submachine, and inside human minds at the same time. They should take their memories back.
