Yeah, right now what we need more is content, and by protecting the pages we prevent casual users to contribute. If vandals are the problem, I don't think they will be very interested in a wiki with very few articles, and if eventually we have one, it's easy to revert the changes, or even block that user.

I've updated the default character infobox to better suit our needs, do you think it will need anything else? Also, remember there are four statuses, not just "Alive" or "Dead".

Edit: Would there copyright issues with using a'llukin images on the wiki, or can we fit it under fair use? I'll assume the latter for now.
