Because he probably thinks that aggressive dog is a good thing. He's known for inviting people (mostly clients) to his house, and forgetting to tie the dog, or knowingly letting him free... many of his clients ended in the hospital because of this...

I have homework for English lesson: to find and to translate 10000-symbols article about computer and internet game industry. Mateusz wouldn't mind if I will take one of his interview? :)

BTW, I make Submachine spam in university every day. (draw Submachine symbol or check www.submachineworld.com on board, lol)! XD

Why don't the police get involved then? That's almost animal abuse, or something along those lines.

I think nobody reported this...
And even if somebody did... it's not forbidden to have untied dog in your garden...

But for him to get away with his dog biting all these people, there has to be some law he broke.
