The point of view is very nice and the use of colors as light is neat.
One thing that really needs some work is the appropriate balance of shading because everything feels quite flat and lacks depth.
Sure you might say it is during nighttime, but even nighttime still possess the atmosphere of lighting. I think the interior (the foreground) should be the darkest since I don't see any nearby light source. Since the city itself is bathed in light (even not that much), it should be the brightest. The background of the night sky should be the second darkest with perhaps a darker shade of gray.
Maybe add more colors somewhere, maybe not. Shading is one area that need to be revised the most.
