Yeh, it's called Life Drawing. We were told there was a decent chance we would be doing it on our Uni course... nope, didn't happen.In Art school they sometimes have actual living people model naked for you to draw. My drawing teacher in whatever grade told me about that.
You'll find that the kind of people who do it are either just so vain and narcissistic or love art so much they don't care.It must be awkward, posing naked while being observed minuciously by an entire class of students
The former being just glad that they can get some attention and the latter just glad that people are learning first hand how the body looks and it's structure. There are far more of the latter though.

Yeah, I actually had a friend pose naked in one of my life drawing classes and the unthinkable happened... ER EC TION! When he left for a break everyone in the class was freaking out and I had to try and defend the poor guy. "No, no, I promise, he's not a creepy freak! At least I don't think so..."
