Cooperate to find a way to advance
60: Let's cooperate to find a way to advance.
Stranger: That was my plan anyway.
Check the room, he was in.
60: Can we go to the room you were in?
Stranger: Sure, if that can help us. Just don't mind the debris from destroying the door.

You enter the room and see:

Commands:

Examine the stuff lying on the ground.
Read the notes on the wall.
Try to open that (toolbox?) on the shelf.

Ask your new friend, what is it's name. (Robot qualify as it yeah?) It will make it easier to cooperate.

Not to make too many commands, but I thought 60 was an Alpans (although he might be, the stranger just said "wrong color.") So ask the Stranger what we might be and why he seems to be against the Alpans.

Examine the stuff lying on the ground.
You take a closer look:
Image
Stranger: Those are the power cells I hooked up to the gun to destroy the door. Now they're out of power.
Read the notes on the wall.
Two of the notes on the wall are in the foreign language, although one of them has illustrations:
Image
The last one is written in your language:
Image
It says:
"Get out of the caverns to find us.
Or stay here if you want.
It's your choice.

Hygen"
Try to open that (toolbox?) on the shelf.
You take the box from the shelf, but you don't see any way to open it.
Image
Stranger: That box? It was misplaced here by an orange Tronvan. I don't know what's in there either.
Ask your new friend, what is it's name. (Robot qualify as it yeah?) It will make it easier to cooperate.
60: By the way, what's your name? And are you a robot?
Stranger: My name is Traskarz, and no, I'm not a robot, I'm just wearing armour to protect myself.
So ask the Stranger what we might be and why he seems to be against the Alpans.
60: What is my kind? And why are you against the Alpans?
Traskarz: Hmm... you don't look like an Alpan, and you seem like a sentient robot, so you must be Tronvan. As for why I'm against the Alpans-wait, didn't you read the article on the wall?
60: No, I don't understand your writing.
Traskarz: I see. Well, the Alpans declared war on us Subterraneans for no apparent reason. Destroyed one of our biggest cities, they did. And of course, the just stormed in here about an hour ago. And, from what you said about me being the only person the two of you encountered, I don't think the people here are still alive.
Is this my final form?

Tell him about dead robot in portal room.
You now deduce it's not a dead robot, but a kind of organic creature, so you tell him:
60: There's another person we saw that looks like you, and is wearing armour like you, but he was dead at the portal room.
Traskarz: That means that the Alpans have made it to the portal room, and probably rendered it useless. So we only have one way to escape, we need to go to the surface.
